ORDER & SHIPPING

Delivery
  • Delivery within the UK typically takes about 6 business days, depending on the selected shipping option.

  • Orders over £75 qualify for free delivery.

  • International deliveries may take longer.

  • Please note that additional customs duties and service fees may apply for deliveries outside the UK. NEXANET does not control these fees and cannot advise on their amount as they vary by country/region. For more information, please contact your local customs office. We cannot refund any customs duties and taxes paid at the time of delivery.

  • International shipping times are longer than usual. Due to carrier delays, it may take up to 5 weeks for your order to arrive. If your order has not arrived within this time frame, please contact our customer service department for assistance. While we aim to fulfill orders within 1-3 business days after receipt, we cannot control delays with international carriers.

Logistics and Processing
  • We have a comprehensive logistics team ensuring that most orders, including during peak times like Christmas, are received and processed promptly. Orders are dispatched within 3-4 days, except for custom or other specially marked products.

  • Any unforeseen delays caused by the courier service (weather, volume, traffic, etc.) are regretted.

Address Changes
  • If your order has not yet left our workshop, we can modify your delivery address. Please email support@nexanet.co.uk for assistance.

  • Unfortunately, once your order has left our workshop, we cannot change the delivery address.

Custom Products
  • If you choose custom products, shipping times will be longer. Delivery times for each product will be indicated on their respective product pages.

Shipping Times
  • Specified shipping times start from the dispatch date indicated at checkout and do not include weekends, holidays, or any unforeseen courier delays. Delivery may be delayed if there is a change in the delivery option selected by the customer. If your order contains in-stock items, items to be shipped later, and/or custom products, the dispatch date may change. Please check the dates mentioned at checkout and in your confirmation email.

  • If the estimated dispatch date is more than 7 days apart, your order may be split.

Shipping Costs
  • Shipping fees are charged on the pre-tax subtotal and are non-refundable.

  • We offer a flat international shipping fee of 12 pounds. Please note that we do not offer exchange services for international orders, but we accept returns.
