Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

Reporting Defects or Damages:

  • If defects or damages are found, contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return.

  • Returned items must include all original packaging and certificates.

  • Refunds for these returns will be processed in GBP at the current exchange rate.

  • Reimbursement will use the same means of payment as your order without incurring fees.
